I also provide services on Saturdays by special arrangement.

Rates
$130 per 50-minute session. Please contact me before the first session to discuss your insurance situation and we can discuss billing procedures. I am happy to check insurance benefits for you. If you are not using insurance, payment will be due in full at the time of each session. I will provide a receipt that you may choose to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 If you prefer, I am happy contact your insurance company and research these qustions for you. Please send me an email request to do so.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (through PayPal) accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50 of your session fee.
