Kathy L. Heuser, Psy.D, is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, and maintains a private practice in Burnsville, Minnesota.

With over 20 years experience as a clinician in various settings and 11 years in private practice, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are interventions for symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment issues. She has completed advanced clinical training in several modalities of energy-related therapies, enneagram studies, and natural health. In her clinical practice, she specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families transition through difficult circumstances with resilience and strength, and in resolving the psychological aspects of emotional and physical trauma. She is known and highly regarded for her compassionate care and creative and effective interventions. 

In addition, Dr. Heuser is an experienced presenter and teacher and has presented at numerous organizations and to general audiences on topics ranging from Stress Management; Self-Help Techniques using Energy Therapies; Mental, Physical and Spiritual Wellness; and various Enneagram subjects. She has developed and facilitates a number of healing weekend retreats throughout the year.
